What is your name, age, and whom do you ride for?
My name is Jim Neese, I’m 34, and I ride for Foremost Insurance/Carolina Express Suzuki.

First time you were on a motorcycle?
I first got a bike in 1980 when I was seven years old.

How many years have you been racing?
24 years.

Why do you like racing so much?
I like the adrenaline, competition, and winning.

Best race you’ve ever seen?
That’s a good question. I would have to say Steel City in 2001 when Mike Brown won the Outdoor National Championship. It was really cool for me because I’ve raced against Mike for a lot of years in Tennessee.

Your greatest accomplishment so far?
When, I finished second at the St. Louis SX in 1999.

Favorite racer of all-time?
John Dowd.

Tell us something about your hometown?
There’s nothing to special about the town I grew up in, except for the fact, that we have one stoplight. (laughs)

One thing you take with you when you travel?
I have a little black book that I have to write things down in because I’ve hit my head to many times.

What do you eat before a race?
Chicken Parmesan.

What kind of music do you listen to?
Everything from Rock to Country.

Favorite TV show?
Nip-tuck.

Racer X

Most annoying thing about you?
I don’t like clutter and everything has to be clean.

Married, girlfriend, or single?
I’m married to my wife Heather and we have a six year old named Luke.

Favorite actor or actress?
Jessica Alba.

Hottest chick on earth?
My wife, of course!

Favorite meal?
Chicken Parmesan.

When you’re done racing, what would you like to do?
I would like to manage a team some day.
