Patrick Boyle, 18 years old, and I ride for Team Babbitts Monster Energy Kawasaki.

First time you were on a motorcycle?
I started riding when I was six years old.

How many years have you been racing?
8 years.

Why do you like racing so much?
I really like the competitive nature.

Best race you’ve ever seen?
The Lites class at Budds Creek this year.

Your greatest accomplishment so far?
In 2005, I got 4th in the “B” class at Loretta Lynn’s.

Favorite racer of all-time?
Ricky Carmichael.

Tell us something about your hometown?
I’m from Naperville, Illinois and we have around 200,000 people that live there. It’s one of those big towns that has everything.

One thing you take with you when you travel?
My iPod.

What do you eat before a race?
I eat either a chicken or peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

What kind of music do you listen to?
Mostly Hardcore but I do listen to a little bit of Rap.

I really don’t watch much TV because I’m always riding.

Racer X.

I ask a lot of questions (laughs).

I have a girlfriend, Tonya.

Sit around and do nothing (laughs).
