Lites Main Event
Series points leader Mike Chiudoini started off the weekend with a cautious ride gliding to a 5th place finish in an effort to protect his points lead in the Regional Series. Wisconsin native Brad Modjewski went wire to wire in the Lites class to finish on top of the podium. Brad was very excited to take his 5th win of the season. The 900 Kawasaki piloted by Randy Woodring dialed up a solid run to pick up a second place finish. Randy credited his family with giving him the inspiration he needed to run up front. Rounding out the top three was David Oettel who had his 5 month old daughter Ella in the stands cheering him on.
Main Event
Brad Modjewski capped the night in the AX main with another win. Again he took the hole shot and ripped off hot lap after lap. While Brad was busy checking out, the battle for second and third was hotly contested between James Povolny, David Oettel and Randy Woodring. By the time it all shook out Povolny climbed the podium to the second step and Oettel finished in the third position. Mike Chiudioni again ran a conservative race to finish comfortable in fifth.
